How is the replacement of this bridge going to be handled? The new bridge will need to have a separated pedestrian/bike pathway. Are motifs going to be added such as the Wisner bridge in New Orleans. Could recommend something to signify LSU and SU Universities. Are Lights included on this new bridge.
