I own unit 4E in 2293 Hollydale It is in line with the ad post you are taking down. Are you telling me you have to take down the post but not the adjacent condo where people live and sleep? I am very concerned about the dynamics. I could not find my unit on the map. Also all the property around the condo is common area. Are you taking any of that? What about the common ground that is owned by the HOA association and the enclosed backyard patios?

The proposed apparent right-of-way was shown at the public meetings, it may also be viewed on www.i10br.com. None of the Hollydale Condominium buildings are in the proposed apparent right-of-way, therefore, none will be acquired.
