I applaud the plan and the benefits that will result from these I-10 changes and additions. I commend the Secretary for his boldness and tenacity in spite of all the barriers that have been placed in his way.
Perhaps aerial pictures of the total backup in all directions would continually remind us of the cost of inaction.
