I am writing as a concerned citizen. The proposed flyover that borders our neighborhood will increase noise from I-10, may adversely impact drainage, may be visible from our neighborhood, and as a result may adversely impact our daily way of life. It is my understanding that the noise created by the expansion, specifically the flyover bordering our neighborhood, has not been communicated to the impacted residents. A noise reduction plan and potential flood impacts also needs to be communicated and addressed. This is very concerning in light of recent floods that devastated so many.
