2) DOTD must allocate adequate funds and budget for comprehensive management for our valuable green infrastructure as a crucial component of the I-10 widening project. Including tree replacement and arboricultural care.
3) Economic and ecological value of trees within the proposed project area
4) All trees removed during the process should be accounted for and replace at the ratio of 3:1 in an effort to recover the loss of ecological and environmental services that the current trees provide.

DOTD will be replacing trees in accordance with their Significant Tree policy and will replant where, possible in coordination with Baton Rouge Green.
