The exact times for closure of specific entrance and exit ramps will be determined in the Stage 3 Final Design Process. The Terrace exit will be operational while this project is under construction. The replacement of the Nairn Street bridge is proposed to be conducted over several months, where by the existing bridge will be removed and traffic re-routed until the new bridge is in place. The length of time necessary to remove and replace the bridge will depend on weather conditions, but the intent is to replace it during the summer months.
