DOTD is working on construction sequencing. The majority of the work east of the Mississippi River is expected to have a construction time frame of up to seven years depending on the complexity of the segment. The work west of the Mississippi River would be initated as the construction on the east side is nearing completion. An Opinion of Probable Cost is under development and will be included in Environmental Assessment.
