Following the 2018 public meetings, the Stage 1 Planning/Environmental Study moved into its refinement phase, including efforts to:
- Develop/modify context sensitive designs and community connections in numerous areas
- Fine-tune plans for any needed noise mitigations
- Evaluate and minimize effects to cultural resources
- Review/address stakeholder inputs
- Prepare environmental assessment report
When the environmental assessment is completed, it will be available for review and a public hearing will be scheduled with notifications in the Advocate, by mail, email, social media, through media alerts, and on this website.
