5. The S. Acadian/1-10 Interchange needs to be modified to handle the additional traffic this project will generate. This would include both Northbound Stanford/S. Acadian and Southbound Stanford/S. Acadian from Perkins Rd to the interstate. The idea is three lanes crossing Perkins with one dedicated to turning onto the 1-10, a middle lane where one could go straight or tum onto 1-10 and a third outside lane to go straight.
