I am a resident of Jefferson Place. I am writing this note in opposition of no action to address additional road noise as a result of the fly over portion of the project. We currently experience road noise and this project will exacerbate this issue. I support the project but I also believe appropriate controls to minimize residential impacts should be included in the project. By excluding enhanced sound barriers, unnecessary road noise will certainly impact our neighborhood.
